Structure characters:

1/ the roll is made of chilled cast iron of vanadlum and tltanlum alloy, so the surface is hard and wearable; the internal processing can make the temperature of the roll surface well-proportloned.

2/ this machine has overload protection devices, and the major components can not be damaged bacause of over loading.

3/ this is machine is equipped with emergency bracking device. When an emergent accident happens, draw the pull rod, and then the machine will stop at once. It is safe and rreliable.

4/ the transmission system adopts either hard tooth flank dual axis reducer or NGW hard tooth flank plance reducer, which has compacts structue, low noise and high efficiency.

5/ the base of the machine is complete frame, so it's very convenient for installation.

6/ the machine has acraper and crimping device, which enables to take the materials off from rolls.
